April 12, 2010 - emailed Hogties trying to figure out what was going on
April 12, 2010 - emailed again. I just realized ACP had been screwed
April 13, 2010 - Left neg feedback to Hogties
April 14, 2010 - Hogties FINALLY contacts me (11 days later!!!!)
April 14, 2010 - Received 2 emails. One they wanted to take care of "my" issue. They said a former employee listed it twice. Well why the heck didn't they email me then!!!!!!!!!!
But the refund notice said they sold it in their store.
Other email was they wanted me to retract my negative feedback
Purchased a fender and paid for it the same day (April 3, 2010).
Got a notice that they refunded my money (Paypal) on April 12, 2010. They said that they sold it in their store WHAT!!!!
Yes, they sold it in their store. I should be getting this fender anytime and now I hear they sold it out from under me.
What a piece of crap company "hogties" is!
I suggest not dealing with this company

You sold the fender out from under us, how can you resolve ‘my’ issue? You decide to contact me ELEVEN (11) days later. NO matter if it was either selling the part in your store as you said, or you had an employee that double listed it like you also said, it took 11 days, 2 emails, and a neg feedback, before you even thought about contacting us. Can’t believe you did that to another motorcycle business!!!! VERY bad business. I should have read your feedback first! I would have known you do this
