As of January 2011, the new EPA bodyshop regulations kicked in. Basically all the 'side jobber' painters that are offering 5 year and lifetime warranties will no longer be in business (or unless they are not caught).
All paintwork must be painted in a certified spray booth and all personnel and the bodyshop itself must also be certified.
