Auto Body Dent Pullers

Plastic stick pullers, PDR kits, screw dent pullers, stud guns.
Look them over and choose the one that best fits your needs.

Screw dent puller - These you will need to drill holes and actually screw in the dent puller. Then carefully pull it out.
Disadvantage to is is you will be drilling quite a few holes on a bigger dent. These type dent pullers I consider old school.
I haven't used one of these for quite a long time

Stud Gun - You weld on little studs and use the supplied dent puller to pull the dents out using the studs you welded on.
Disadvantage - Could cause a fire. Be careful. Also, they are expensive for a hobbyist. You will need to keep an ample amount of studs in stock, You can purchase separately. Also, some cars and trucks are made of aluminum. This of course will not work on alum.
This is my personal favorite.

Plastic gun - you weld on a puller using plastic weld. Then you pull it out using the supplied puller

Suction puller - I've never used one as most of the time I'll be painting the panel(s) anyway

Paintless Dent Removal Kit - Same as above. These take practice to learn how to learn correctly.
