Cycle Customs (6/1/10)
Old site. Used my estimate form. Has changed it slightly
Pretty outdated site that looks like it was never even finished!
hogties (ebay) 4/12/10
Purchased a fender and paid for it the same day (April 3, 2010).
Got a notice that they refunded my money (Paypal) on April 12, 2010. They said that they sold it in their store WHAT!!!!
Yes, they sold it in their store. I should be getting this fender anytime and now I hear they sold it to someone else.
What a piece of crap company hogties is!
I suggest not dealing with this company
Their special page

KC Customs (another copy and paste of our warranty)
Exact same wording. Screenshot here Thanks to www.deltadesignservices.com/ for the copy and paste. Nice web design company to just copy and paste content from another website!!!!
Steals my 'Double Dose' images, uses the exact same text, renames it 'Glaze it Up' and EVEN raises the price so it's higher than our Double Dose. WTF!?! (5/07)
His page (may be changed by now) | Screen shot I took | Our Double Dose
Copied my complete warranty info. Mine and theirs
(screenshot)
Also stole my FAQ Info.
This is the icing on the cake...
They also stole some text from another site, but he was even dumb enough to still leave the links going back to the site he stole it off of
This guy wins the moron of the year award!!!!
JI Kustom Designs- Now this guy has real balls. Steals my 'Double Dose' images, uses the exact same text, renames it 'Glaze it Up' and EVEN raises the price so it's higher than our Double Dose. WTF!?! (5/07)

Mad Airbrush!
Copied and pasted my 'About Me',
Milwaukee Airbrush-
Actually used the term "Double Dose" for the sand and reclear.
Metal Illusions (also ebay user)
Stole my FAQ text word for word and used it on there (screenshot versus ours) .NOTE: I have changed my FAQ's so they now appear on different pages so they are at least harder to copy and paste.
Also installed a page/program on their site so when you click the button, they forgot to change the CGI script so it still goes to our site.
They even forgot to to correct a spelling error which we correct later on our site.!
They also mention that they only ship FedEx elsewhere on their site, but they forgot to change our text which mentioned we prefer UPS! (oops!)
Wonder where he got the idea to do the 'slash' pinstriping.
Give 'em a call...901.277.6079. I called them and they said they didn't care...hmmmm, wonder how they treat their customers.
Kustom Flames - The copycat of all copycats.
This guy just doesn't give up.Purposley ruined my perfect ebay review numbers.

Mettymelt (ebay)
opmadjo (ebay)
Custom Biker Illusions (Texas) (out of business) --These guys just don't know when to stop!!
Stole our complete estimate form (copied and pasted the complete HTML code) and placed it and used it on their site. This was too easy to figure out. Same colors, same form fields. Also used word for word statements in their shipping tips and FAQ's. Stole quite a bit from our site.
They've changed some of their site and form so it doesn't appear as they took the info from the site.
Also copied and pasted our META TAG to use on their site. I put "Crazy Paint" in there just in case guys like this steal it... makes it even easier to figure out.
META NAME="KEYWORDS" CONTENT="flames, motorcycles, cycles, Crazy Paint, Harley, custom, paint, painting, how, can, where, how, custom biker, tank sets, texas, jobs, classifieds, flaming, scallops, tips, pearl, how to, pinstriping, flame painting, outline, how, draw, classifieds, steps, candy, ghost, auto, body"
UPDATE...Unbelievable...found out this was a neighbors son that was trying to start his own custom paint business.
Precision
Grafix (Rhode Island)-- Don't know how this
guy could sleep at night? 5 of the flame images
on this website are our jobs from the Samples
of Work section. Another one our jobs was used
in his graphics section.
Flash
It (flashit.nu)--This guy used quite a few
images from the CFP site and incorporated them
into his own site. He spent quite a bit of time
intertwining the pics into the site, which meant
he basically had to shut down his site and rework
it. He still uses one of our images as a thumbnail
on his forum.
You can see that job and photo here.
Paint
by Pappy (Longwood, Florida) (out of business)-- Stole 5
images from our Samples of Work and used them
on his front page and elsewhere on his site making
a visitor think he did the jobs. He also used
them to design some of the graphics of his site.
See below screenshot
An email from the Pappy webmaster...
thanks
for bringing it to my attention ... pappy can
paint those, but they were put there by a webmaster
for size purpose. Those pages should not have
been viewable ... they are coming down as soon
as possible ... NO bad intent ...
From Pappy himself when we were 'toying'
with him and asked him why he removed all the
nice looking photos he had on his site...
hi,
and thanks for your inquiry. I took the site down
because of so many mails. I've been a custom painter
for over 30 years, won over 100 national awards,
and 1000's of other events. I don't show pictures
or examples anymore, because I can virtually do
anything youve seen or heard about. I only do
pearl or candy finishes, and only do show quality
work. I no longer make my living doing custom
painting, so I've become selective about who I
do work for. I really do prefer to talk and get
to know you in a way that allows me to suggest
something for you, since I'm the only person who
actually knows what I can do. I also look at the
vehicle and try to fit you and the cycle into
your own personal scheme ... a true one of-a-kind
... something that makes a statement about you
... every time someone views your cycle. All my
pieces are never duplicated ... another reason
why I no longer show examples is because I don't
want to limit your imagination ... sure look at
some jobs .. but we can create something only
you have, and no-one has seen ... I'm in Longwood,Fla
.. I accept work from anywhere, my prices are
fair, and I guarantee it makes the statement you
want it to make.
You can reach me by calling 407-617-78** (edited
by ACP).
Thanks again, Pappy 'paint by pappy' .... limited
only by imagination ....
This one was kind of interesting because
he had on the bottom of his pages 'ABSOLUTELY NO REPRODUCTION
WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT'. They also used some of our
pics to design thumbnail images some other pages in
thier site.
